Paper Title
Work Value as A Motivator

Abstract
This study examines the role of intrinsic work values as a motivator, and the role of worker cooperatives as an accelerator of motivation. Surveys were conducted for worker cooperatives and capitalist firms in Seoul in 2016. Results from multilevel analyses revealed that individuals with intrinsic work values were strongly motivated, and their motivation was accelerated in worker cooperatives as compared with capitalist firms. These results provide evidence that intrinsic work values can play a role as a motivator and worker cooperatives can accelerate employee motivation.
