Thermal Management of Phase Change Materials Apply to The Video Camera

Abstract
In recent years, the global warming became more and more serious, and the temperature in summer continues to rise. The camera which people use to shoot in outside road lies in direct sunlight for a long time and uses over load temperature. Due to the factor, the camera lost its functions and screen quality. Phase change materials (PCMs) used for the storage of thermal energy as sensible and latent heat combine with a camera in order to achieve the effect of heat dissipation. Paraffin wax is chose to be phase change materials. PCMs is mainly used the solid-liquid phase change to save the external heat for the purpose of reducing the operating temperature of camera. First, this paper take the heating quality test of PCMs, then PCMs was combined with the camera and design size. Eventually, to combined PCMs with the camera by way of simulated outdoor ambient temperature, and compare whether the installation of cameras temperature phase change material change in circumstances, it is expected by the implementation of this paper will enable the operating temperature of the camera is maintained below 50 ℃, in order to maintain the function of the camera's shooting quality.
