A New Approach to Predict Protein-Protein Interactions

Abstract
Protein protein interactions play important roles in various aspects of the structural and functional organization of the cell. Thus, predicting protein protein interactions is very crucial to understand biological events. Researchers have proposed a lot of experimental techniques in order to predict them. But these techniques need so much time. Moreover execution of these methods is very costly. Therefore, there is an important need for computational methods that can predict these interactions successfully. In this work, we proposed a novel computational model. We performed a new sequence-based technique in the proposed method. The results of this approach were tested on a generally used database. These results demonstrated the success of this approach in this field.
