Quality of Service (QOS) and Quality of Experience (QOE) in Perspective of Response Time

Abstract
Currently, user satisfaction has become one of the major concerns for the service provider. This research evaluates the perception of user (Quality of Experience, QoE) from the increasing and decreasing response times RTs (Quality of Service, QoS). The study is carried out particularly on login page of a web by the implementation of Mean Opinion Score (MOS). Total 78 participants were included in the research to find the user perception about the response time of login web page. When the results are compared with user’s perception, it is found that users have different perception for increasing and decreasing RTs. Findings of the two results obtained for different RTs of the web login page are presented in the graphical form. Keywords - Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE), Response Time (RTs).
