The Development of Info-Graphics with Augmented Reality Technology on The Topic “Service Psychology” for Undergraduate Students in Airline Business Program

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the need of media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” for undergraduate students in Airline Business Program, 2) develop and evaluate the quality of media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” for undergraduate students in Airline Business Program, 3) study the learning achievement of the students who studied from media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” 4) evaluate the satisfaction of the undergraduate students in Airline Business Program who studied from media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology”. The population for studying the need of media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology was 160 undergraduate students in Airline Business Program, Faculty of Art, Sripatum University. The samples were 30 undergraduate students in Airline Business Program, Faculty of Art, Sripatum University, derived from simple random sampling. The data was statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research finding were that the need of media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” for undergraduate students in Airline Business Program was at the level of “much” (xˉ = 3.68, S.D.= 0.41). The quality on content was at the level of “very good” (xˉ = 4.92, S.D.= 0.77), the quality on info-graphics was at the level of “very good” (xˉ = 4.67, S.D.= 0.41), and the quality on augmented reality technology was also at the level of “very good” (xˉ = 4.60, S.D.= 0.35). The learning achievement found that the posttest score was significantly higher than the pretest score at the level of .05. The satisfaction of the undergraduate students in Airline Business Program who studied from media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” was at the level of “most” (xˉ = 4.58, S.D.= 0.44). This research can be concluded that the media using info-graphics with augmented reality technology on the topic “Service Psychology” for undergraduate students in Airline Business Program gained the quality in terms of the content that were harmonized to the learning objectives, and the design was interesting, beautiful, easy understanding, vivid and satisfied by the learners.
