The Conceptual Framework; The Relationship Model of Effective Performance of the Language Schools Entrepreneurs in Thailand
Abstract
The purpose of research is to examine a casual relationship model of the effective firm performance of the Language School Entrepreneurs in Thailand. The sample, derived by means of multi – stage random sampling, consisted of the Language School Entrepreneurs in Thailand. There were five latent variables namely, Entrepreneurial Competency, Strategic Management, Competitive Scope, Innovation and Performance. The research is mixed both quantitative and quality research. The instrument for the quantitative research was a questionnaire on the five latent variables. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, using SPSS. AMOS to examine the casual relationship model. The qualitative research was in – depth interview. Data was analyzed by content analysis for interpreting and explaining the research to confirm the research.
