Jordanian Public University Quality Measurement: Using Structural Equation Model
Abstract
This study designed to explore the relationship between higher education service quality dimensions and students' satisfaction. Self-administered questionnaire was used in this research to collect the related data to investigate the relationship between service quality and student satisfaction in Jordanian public universities. Data were collected through distributing 532 questionnaires among undergraduate students in Jordanian public universities. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) findings of this study showed that nine service quality constructs namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, lecturers, curriculum structure, university image, and registration were the most important dimensions and had significant positive relationship with student satisfaction in Jordanian public universities.
