Paper Title
How do Honeybee Vitamin Mixtures Affect the Food Consumption of Bumblebee Colonies?

Abstract
Feeding is one of the important factors in the artificial rearing of bumblebees, like the many other organisms. It is known that quality of pollen and sugar syrup which used for rearing under the artificial conditions affect the colony development. For this reason, improving the food quality will also improve the colony quality. This experiment was carried out to determine the effect of honeybee vitamin mixtures on food consumption of colonies in bumblebees. For this aim, vitamin mixture was added to pollen and sugar syrup which used for feeding of queens and colonies. Colonies which fed with standard diet consumed the 189.7 gram pollen and 524.5 milliliter sugar syrup throughout their life. However, results showed that diets including honeybee vitamin mixtures decreased the pollen and sugar syrup consumption of colonies in bumblebee. Keywords - Bumblebee, feeding, food consumption
