The Indonesian House Young Entrepreneurship: Solution For Alleviating Unemployment In Indonesia

Abstract
Indonesia is a country with potential economic growth that projected will stable since 2010. The Indonesia’s demography will encourage the creation of economic stability. From the State Ministry for Development Planning in 2014, 67 percent Indonesian population are in productive ages, between 15-16 years old. The major issue in Indonesia are the unemployment and poverty. According to the data from Central Bureau of Statistic in 2012, the unemployment rate of Indonesia at 26,5 percent of productive ages. Therefore, in order to optimize the potential of the unemployment community in Indonesia, we will develop the concept of The Indonesian House Young Entrepreneurship which gives education programs, training, and guidance for youth dropouts that does not work as solutions to increase morale leadership, creativity, and soul of entrepreneurship.
