Succession Planning Management in Egyptian Context

Abstract
This study is an exploratory study aims to investigate the extent to which the succession planning management practices are applied in Egyptian business environment. The paper surveyed literature review of the Succession planning management in academic literature. The study findings revealed that Egyptian business environment lacks to the application of succession planning practices but there are some implementation in the multinationals. The paper considered as agreen light and opened a new future research direction to that topic Key words - Succession Planning Management, Egypt, Business Environment.
