Innovating Higher Education: Redesigning Assessment
Abstract
The higher education institutions are primarily held accountable for the lack of employability skills among graduates who are not able to put the knowledge and skills learnt to use in actual workplace settings. The pressing need to develop a framework for assessment methods of students� innovative capabilites led to this study. This paper discusses existing models and frameworks for assessing innovation, and the development of the assessment framework in our study.
