Paper Title
Science & Technology As A Colorful Cultural Bridge
Abstract
Scientific analyses have uncovered the color preferences of the cultures of the ancient Near East. This ancient region, which consists of parts of the modern-day Middle East, also sometimes referred to as the Levant, or Western Asia, generally encompassed at least parts of today’s Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestinian territories, Jordan, and Egypt. Archaeological digs have excavated treasures of human history – both in material objects as well as in writing culture. Chemical analyses of these objects have shown the sophistication in the technology of these ancient cultures.
