Ra Schedule Generator

Abstract
The Resident Assistant (RA) Schedule Generator was created in order to eliminate the problems that occurred each semester, resulting from a manually created RA night desk duty schedule. The problems that arose from the manual scheduling method were all concerning the lack of uniformity in the distribution of shifts, specifically frequency and quantity equality, as well as non-uniformity concerning the ratio of weekend to weekday shiftsassigned to each respective RA. This inequality in schedule caused some RA�s to have more work to do or more undesirable hours compared to other RA�s. The goal of the RA Schedule Generator is to eliminate this variation within the schedule. Keywords: Schedule Generator, RA Management
