Influencing Factors of Job Satisfaction Among Employees in Public Sector�s in Libya
Abstract
Job Satisfaction plays an important role among employees. There are several challenges and issues to uphold employee�s satisfaction in the current situation of Libya. This study is conducted to address the gap of influencing factors of job satisfaction among employees in public sectors of Libya. Quantitative study has been conducted to address the issue and data is collected from the Ministry of Economy Libya. The random questionnaire survey was carried among 221 employees of Economy ministry. The findings of the study indicated that work environment, promotion and fairness have a significant role as predictors of job satisfaction in Libya. In the current situation of Libya this study conclude that work environment, promotion and merit system assurance among the public sectors is highly influencing factors. Thepublic sectors management has to assure that the employees are well satisfied. In the result improvement in work quality and delivery is highly expected in public sectors of Libya.
