Paper Title
Study On Design A Vacutainer Needles Disposal Device
Abstract
In developing countries, healthcare workers such as physicians, dentists, veterinarians, and their assistants are using bare hands to uncap and recap vacutainer needles and syringes. This may be a quick and convenient method for health care workers, but it also increases accidental risks that may result in deadly injury such as contraction of HIV, Ebola and Hepatitis. The number of injuries and contamination in healthcare workers will likely reduce, if these health care workers were to have a device that would prevent them from being expose to these needles after it was used on a patient.
