Abstract
Software development community has shown great interest in adopting agile methodologies. Concurrently global software development is an emerging field aims to deliver best quality products to user throughout the globe. Therefore organizations have shown a major interest in adopting geographically distributed agile software development. Little attention has been paid to evaluate the working of agile teams in globally distributed environment. In this paper we�ll discuss the way of working of agile software development and its practical working in global software development.
