Strategy Framework For Trust Embedded I.C.T.C. Business Model Development
The aim of this study is to formulate a strategy Framework for trust embedded I.C.T.C business model development. For it, firstly the general concept of trust and online trust is discussed. Then, it presents comprehensive previous literatures� review of trust in social science prism. This study classified the literatures� stances with two viewpoints of the �system� and the �user�.With this backdrop, itcatches three contradictory trust issues: Internal optimization vs. external interaction; Control vs. orchestration of personal information, and simple user value vs. ecosystem value creation. It finally formulates a strategy framework based on the �user� perspective and suggests the strategic direction for developing trust embeddedICTC business models with some use cases.
