Analysis of Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract
The study aims to investigating how employees apply and perceive the behavior of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Bureau of Development Administration Sector, Governor's office Southeast Sulawesi. Technique of data analysis in this study used qualitative descriptive analysis technique. While, Informants in this study are employees of Bureau of Development Administration Sector, Governor's office Southeast Sulawesi. Data collected used interviews and questionnaires to employees. The results show that the behavior of the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Bureau of Development Administration Sector, Governor's office Southeast Sulawesi is good enough because the five dimensions of OCB consists of altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanship and courtesy can be applying by the employees, but the implementation must be in accordance with the OCB duties and the specified work unit of employees in organization.
