A Structural Equation Model of Authentic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Innovative Organization in The Schools Under The Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract
This study aimed to study the linear structural relationship model of authentic leadership and school innovation in schools under the Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization, Thailand. This study utilized quantitative survey design using questionnaire as an instrument. A total of 450 samples were involved. Findings indicated that school administrators were highly practicing authentic leadership and its aspects. In addition, results revealed that the model of relationship between authentic leadership and school innovation were found to be consistent with empirical data, with χ2=36.353, df = 22, χ2/df = 1.6524, P-value = 0.0278, RMSEA = 0.036, SRMR = 0.019, CFI = 0.996, TLI = 0.983. On top of that, both total and direct influences of authentic leadership on school innovation were found to be positive at 0.842, with statistical significance at 0.01 level. Authentic leadership could explain the variance of school innovation at 71 percent. Index Terms� Authentic Leadership, School Innovation, School Administrators, Structural Equation Model.
