The Influence Of Achievement Motivation And Emotional Intelligence On Students Economic Learning Outcome In Eleventh Social Studies Senior High School Pertiwi 2 Padang
This study aims to see the influence of achievement motivation and emotional intelligence on economics learning outcomes of students. This research is using descriptive associative. The population in this study were all social studies students in eleventh grade of High School Pertiwi 2 Padang, its total is 124 people. This research used multiple regression analysis as an analysis tool. The findings of the research revealed that (1) there was a significant difference between the achievement motivation and emotional intelligence on students economics learning outcomes; (2) there was a significant relationship between achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of economics students. (3) there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on students economic learning outcomes.
