Individual Entrepreneur As The Only Way To Reduce Illegal Taxis In Uzbekistan

Abstract
It is impossible to imagine a modern city without taxi. A taxi is one of the means of public transport used for transportation of limited passengers to any specified point with cost of travel by the meter or by contract with the driver. The strong point of taxi service is getting to any part of the city at any time with comfort in the shortest time, and non-stop schedule. But along with this there are some weaknesses such as the high cost of services; low passenger capacity; a large number of "illegals", etc. Illegal taxis often provide a low level of service such as late arrival or arrival at a wrong address, attempting to get more money than the declared rate. Frequent cases of attacks on passengers, getting into a traffic accident, transportation technically defective car, tax evasion, etc.
