Review of Strategic Planning for The Use of National Information Resources in Kazakhstan

Abstract
The report describes the prerequisites for assessing various types of national resources and the methodology proposed by the authors for assessing the effectiveness of their use. Using the example of national information resources,it is shown that the effectiveness of their use is low, since in the private sector the development of traditional industries outstrips the development of the ICT sector. In addition, the authors show that in relation to state strategic plans, there is also a low efficiency of using national information and other resources.
