The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Corporate Organizational Performance: An Attempt of Analysis
Abstract
In today's booming economy, transformational leadership is a major tool for improving corporate performance, both financially and organizationally. Transformational leadership is considered the most studied management style by researchers in the field. This managerial practice is characterized by inspirational leaders who motivate and encourage their team members to achieve ambitious goals. It creates a work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity and innovation. Management science researchers are demonstrating the extent to which organizational performance can lead to competitive advantages for the company. Our research highlights the importance of integrating HRM style into overall corporate strategy, while presenting a literature review focusing on the main models and their evolution. This article seeks to explain how good transformational leadership practice influences the competitiveness and organizational performance of companies.
