Paper Title
Developing A Methodology for Enhancing Students’ Intellectual Potential
Abstract
This article systematically develops methodological approaches aimed at enhancing students’ intellectual potential within a digital learning environment. As a methodological foundation, it proposes principles for the effective integration of digital technologies through a combination of cognitive, constructive, and reflective approaches.Based on internationally recognized pedagogical frameworks such as the TPACK model, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Bloom’s Taxonomy, and the STEM/STEAM approach, a comprehensive methodological model of the teaching process has been developed. This model identifies mechanisms for fostering students’ independent thinking, analytical and creative reasoning, digital literacy, and collaborative skills. The scientific validity of the methodology, its alignment with the digital education infrastructure, and its impact on students’ cognitive and creative activities determine the theoretical and practical significance of the study.
