Paper Title
Analysis of Global Practices and Design of a Road Safety Data Lake House for the Philippines

Abstract
There are many ways to store and manage data, depending on the nature and goals of the system. This paper presents a data lakehouse architecture designed to store and integrate road safety data in the Philippines. In the Philippines, road safety information is fragmented among government agencies, including those in charge of the police, health, and transport, and non-system interrelation helps stall an early analysis and coordinated policy response. Here, this paper outlines the research and plan for a unified, scalable data platform using road safety as a case study. Architecture solves issues such as source and format diversity. Specific to the design phase of the architecture, the paper introduces both a conceptual model and an implementation roadmap to guide future development.
