A Study and Development of Royal Project Model in Sustainable Folk-Wisdom-Style Organic Tea Production According To Sufficiency Economy Philosophy at Royal Agricultural Station, Angkhang

Abstract
Organic tea cultivation has become a big trend in recent years. Due to high demand in the markets globally, it is important to instill this knowledge in local farmers. In the case of Thailand, Royal Agricultural Station at Angkhang, Chiang Mai, Thailand, has been giving lecturers and trainings for local tea farmers, regardless of their age and education level. In order to fulfill King Rama Ninth’s Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP), researchers trained 15 organic tea farmers to cultivate organic tea according to SEP concept. The knowledge enhancement was measured before and after the training vis-à-vis depths interviews.
