Paper Title
Advancements and Emerging Challenges in Cloud Computing

Abstract
Cloud computing has revolutionized the way computing resources are delivered, allowing businesses and individuals to access expandable IT solutions on demand. This paper includes the fundamental aspects of cloud computing, involving its historical evolution, key benefits, challenges, and future research directions. The study discusses various cloud deployment models-public, private, hybrid, and community clouds-and their respective use cases. Moreover, it converses cloud service models such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), signifying their roles in contemporary IT infrastructure. While cloud computing offers noteworthy benefits, such as cost effectiveness, flexibility, and boosted collaboration, it also grants hurdles like security weaknesses, regulatory compliance problems, and vendor lock-in. The paper further observes progressions in edge computing, multi-cloud strategies, AI-driven security mechanisms, and blockchain integration as key areas for forthcoming research. The findings underline cloud computing’s increasing role in digital transformation and its constant evolution to meet the growing demands of businesses and technology-driven surroundings.
