The Impact of Blockchain Operational Capability on Competitive Performance and Supply Chain integration in Supply chain Performance
Abstract
This research is to investigates how blockchain operational capability affects competitive performance levels and supply chain integration for Sultanate of Oman industries. Supply chain operations experience fundamental change through blockchain technology which establishes enhanced security and efficiency and maintains full transparency. Through an empirical method the research investigates the improvement of the blockchain enhances supply chain process by delivering integrated processes which reduce administrative expenses and strengthen relations between multiple stakeholders. The history for this research was collected through structured Questionnaire using google forms online data. The data collected was analysis utilizing SPSS V. 29 in which descriptive data, Reliability of data, Correlation and regression analysis was made. The results shows that Companies whose operations rely on blockchain technology achieve superior competitive performance through operation efficiencies which enable real-time data collaboration. The performance of supply chains improves through the integration process that strengthens the connection between blockchain capabilities and supply chain outcomes. The research offers essential knowledge to help industrial decision-makers and policy makers who want to implement blockchain for better competitive advantages and operational efficiency in Oman's industrial sector. The study concerns how Blockchain functions with Supply Chain Integration for enhancing Competitive Performance within Supply Chain operations at Oman Industries.
