Research Advances in the Application of Motion Analysis to Exercise Interventions for Reducing Elders fall risk

Abstract
This paper reviews recent research advancements in applying motion analysis technology to enhance exercise interventions on reducing the risk of falls among elderly individuals. It begins with an overview of the technical background, followed by a summary of recent research practices in this field. The paper evaluates the effectiveness of motion-analysis-guided interventions, discusses future directions for integrated interventions, and addresses the possible challenges and limitations in this area. A brief conclusion is drawn regarding the potential of integrating motion analysis, virtual reality, and personalized exercise programs to mitigate fall risks among older adults.
