Paper Title
Investigating The Effect of CFRP Wrapping Orientations on The Strengthening Performance of Eccentrically Loaded Slender RC Columns

Abstract
Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) have been regarded as one of the best repairing and strengthening techniques due to their inherent strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight nature. FRPs have been used in repairing multiple structures, including columns. However, there is a gap when it comes to studying the incorporation of FRPs with eccentric columns, especially squared ones. Thus, this investigation aims to study different FRP wrapping orientations to strengthen eccentric RC columns subject to biaxial bending and axial compression. The results showed that horizontal wraps are the most cost-effective orientation, with better results in terms of strength and increase in strength/cost, except for lateral stiffness.
