The Relationship of Five Personality Traits (Ocean) and Trust in Romantic Relationship

Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between the Big Five personality traits and trust in romantic relationships. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 35 participants who completed self-report questionnaires measuring personality traits and trust. The results indicated that openness and extraversion were positively associated with trust, while agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism showed weaker relationships with trust. These findings contribute to the understanding of how personality traits influence trust in romantic relationships, with implications for relationship counseling and interventions. research.
