Paper Title
Do Multinationals Perform Better Than Non-Multinationals?

Abstract
The debate on whether multinational corporations (MNCs) outperform non-MNCs has been ongoing, with no clear consensus. This study applies the High-Performance Organization (HPO) Framework to evaluate and compare the performances of MNCs and non-MNCs. The research findings reveal no significant differences between the two types of organization, supporting the notion that firm-specific advantages (FSAs) are more influential than multinationality itself. The study provides new insights into performance determinants by analyzing extensive HPO data. Keywords - Multinationals, Organizational Performance, HPO, Firm-Specific Advantages
