Paper Title
INTEGRATING BIG DATA AND SMART COMPUTING IN DEVOPS: ARCHITECTURAL INNOVATIONS AND PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATIONS
Abstract
I have often marvelled at the pace of change in the world of technology. My initial involvement with computing was modest, yet it quickly expanded as I witnessed the explosive growth of data and the rising influence of advanced analytics. My experience covers machine learning (ML), big data management, and cloud computing. I have navigated projects in diverse industries, absorbed crucial lessons, and discovered that these domains tend to flourish when they converge as an integrated ecosystem. I aim to present a detailed account of my observations and insights, gleaned from multiple deployments in real settings. I will also discuss practical strategies for harnessing this convergence. My intention is to offer a paper that mirrors a seasoned practitioner’s perspective, while ensuring originality and authenticity. I remember my first realisation that machine learning, in isolation, could not handle the data explosion of the modern era. Bigger and more complex datasets demanded more efficient storage, faster computing power, and architectural flexibility. Cloud computing served as the backbone for meeting those requirements, and big data management offered the scaffolding for systematic data ingestion, processing, and retrieval. This paper revolves around my journey, focusing on the synergy among these fields. I have arranged this discussion in short paragraphs to maintain clarity and to resemble the
fragmented yet dynamic nature of real-world implementation. I have also ensured that each section stands on its own while connecting to a larger narrative.
