RESEARCH ON THE PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF RESILIENT CITIES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF CLIMATE CHANGE

Abstract
With the intensification of climate change, the disaster risk faced by cities is becoming more and more severe. The types of disasters are diversified, the causes of disasters are complex, and the damage of disasters is increasing, causing huge economic losses and casualties to cities. Resilient cities have the ability to actively adapt to and quickly recover from climate change risks. Therefore, the construction of resilient cities has become a solution to the new situation and problems brought about by climate change. At the same time, artificial intelligence technology has outstanding advantages in situation awareness, data storage, computing processing and integration, providing a new realization path and strong technical support for resilient urban construction planning. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the risks and challenges faced by cities in the context of climate change and international experience in the construction of resilient cities, this paper attempts to propose methods, strategies and implementation paths for the construction planning of resilient cities under the background of climate change based on the application of artificial intelligence technology. It is hoped to provide scientific reference for the construction planning of resilient cities under the background of climate change, and improve the proactive adaptation and rapid recovery ability of cities to cope with climate change risks.
