The reliability of the scales was tested using Cronbach's alpha, yielding 0.907 for entrepreneurial leadership, 0.937 for innovation, and 0.929 for competitive advantage. A 5-point Likert scale was used. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation)were used to describe the data. Inferential statistics included one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient to test hypotheses. Simple and multiple regression analyses were conducted to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research found that the mean scores (x̄)for entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and competitive advantage were 3.810, 3.677, and 3.617, respectively. Hypothesis testing revealed that individual factors and organizational factors significantly influenced entrepreneurial leadership and innovation at the 0.05 level. Regression analysis showed that entrepreneurial leadership explained 56.2%(Adjusted R2 0.562)of the innovation, while innovation explained 64.2% (Adjusted R2 0.642)of competitive advantage.
