Paper Title
"360-Degree Feedback" Method Big Data Correction Coefficients

Abstract
This research examines the reliability and validity of the 360-degree feedback method by analyzing three key bias sources: respondent roles, interpersonal relationships, and individual evaluative styles. Using data from 15,000+ respondents across multiple organizations, the study employs a Python-based statistical algorithm to measure each bias’s impact on competency ratings. Results show these factors can explain up to half the variance in assessments. Mitigation strategies include evaluator anonymity, structured training, and correction coefficients. When properly managed, 360-degree feedback remains a valuable tool for fair, accurate performance appraisal, enhancing personnel decisions and sustainable talent management.
