Paper Title
The Role of Knowledge Management in Innovation in the Face of the Challenges of Hypercompetition

Abstract
This article provides a literature review articulating the development of a culture conducive to innovation as a result of knowledge management's impact on dynamic capabilities and market-oriented innovation capabilities, aiming for temporary competitive advantages in hypercompetition. Hypercompetition is based on a dynamic process of change driven by innovation, leading to temporary competitive moves reflected in new market positions. It is crucial for organizations to have the ability to quickly shift from one advantage to another by delivering value to users through new, original products. The ability to create or improve these products in alignment with the market stems from innovation capabilities, which are based on the application of resources (ideas, knowledge, skills, capabilities). The updating, expansion, or creation of these resources results from the dynamic capabilities developed through knowledge management. In practice, knowledge management fosters a culture that supports innovation by creating a work environment that encourages idea generation and the creative exploration of market opportunities by individuals.
