A SURVEY ON TALENT INTRODUCTION NEEDS DRIVEN BY THE ECONOMIC ZONE OF THE GUANGDONG-HONG KONG-MACAO GREATER BAY AREA OF CHINA

Abstract
Talent is an important foundation for regional economic and industrial development. This study aims to promote regional development through talent introduction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of China, and investigate the willingness of high-quality talents in Guangdong Province to work in the Greater Bay Area. The investigation results support government policy should strengthen policy coordination and break down regional barriers, strengthen cross regional exchanges and jointly build and share resources, and combining our own advantages to create characteristic industrial clusters.
