APPLICATION OF FLUORESCENCE SPECTROSCOPY FOR ERYTHROCYTE ANALYSIS AND HEMATOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS

Abstract
This study explores the application of fluorescence spectroscopy in the analysis of erythrocytes, aiming to expand the scope of spectral diagnostics in biomedical and enological contexts. The primary goal is to introduce innovative methodologies to improve the diagnostic accuracy and monitoring of hematological conditions. Utilizing 3D fluorescence spectroscopy (3DF) alongside excitation/emission wavelength mapping (AEM), each sample is examined across a range of wavelengths to generate a distinct spectral signature. Advanced data analysis and classification, facilitated by specialized software, allow for the identification of pathological alterations in erythrocytes. This approach demonstrates the potential of spectral techniques in detecting subtle cellular changes, thus contributing valuable insights to the fields of diagnostic hematology and fluorescence-based analysis.
