RISK MANAGEMENT FOR A RETAIL INDUSTRY
Abstract
Retail Industry (RI) was facing an increased global competition, technological innovation, cultural risk (R)s, new customers’ needs and desires and (R)s in much more besides. The aim of this research is thus to identify and assess those (R)s that affected (RI)’s since 2018 and to examine the generic techniques adopted by (RI) since ever. Further, an attempt was made to examine the (R) MGT tools that (RI) has followed, and the (R)s of organisational culture were also identified and analysed. This research utilises an inductive approach. The core of this approach centres on the use of a survey which itself is based on findings from exploratory interviews. At the end of this research, some recommendations were advised regarding (RI) future and (R) MGT.
