MUTUAL DEVICE POSITIONING SYSTEM IN THE INDUSTRIAL A IOT PLATFORM
Abstract
Data fusion is a novel approach in data processing. It uses a composition of heterogenous data flows, including its spatial and temporal aspects, to achieve more efficient estimation and control. In this work a system for mutual device positioning is presented. In the system a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) is used to measure pair wise distances between devices. The distances are than used to determine devices mutual positions without the need for beacons and base stations.
