Paper Title
SYNTHESIS, STRUCTURAL AND ELECTROCHEMICAL PERFORMANCE OF CU2SNS3 NANOMATERIALS
Abstract
The copper tin sulfide nanoflower was synthesized through the simple hydrothermal synthesis route for utilization of supercapacitor applications. The prepared Cu2SnS3 was characterized for XRD, SEM, EDX and electrochemical properties. The XRD pattern of the sample shows the tetragonal structure of Cu2SnS3. Also, the SEM image shows the self-assembled flower shaped morphology and the EDX spectrum shows the higher purity of the Cu2SnS3 sample. Further, the Cu2SnS3 electrode illustrates pseudocapacitor nature in the CV curve. The Cu2SnS3 electrode shows the higher specific capacitance and lower charge transfer resistance values of 572 F/g and 7.42 Ω.
