THE DISSERTATION ENTITLED "ISLAND-BASED PRIMARY HEALTH CARE STRATEGY WITH FLOATING SHIPS (STUDY IN BIAK NUMFOR REGENCY)"
Abstract
Objective, This study aims to (1) Describe the process of selecting literature on island-based primary health care strategies with floating ships, (2) Provide evidence of the involvement of Island-Based Primary Health Care with Floating Ships (3) Describe the picture of the Island-Based Primary Health Care Strategy with Floating Ships, (4) Describe the form of island-based primary health care strategy with floating ships. Method, The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. SLR research is to increase knowledge and become the basis for policy-making or practice theory. The data and data sources collected in the study came from secondary data of 25 journal articles obtained through electronic databases. The data collection technique used is documentation by following the systematic literature review stage of Siddaway, Wood & Hedges (2018). Data analysis in this study using content analysis and reviewing in depth the content of journal articles that are potentially relevant to important information related to the study.
The results of this study indicate that (1) The selection process for articles in this study was carried out through duplicate article selection, title and/or abstract selection, and selection of the entire contents of the article; (2) The Strategy for Primary Health Care Services Based on Islands with Floating Ships has a positive impact on helping health services in remote communities, (3) Description of the Strategy for Primary Health Care Services Based on Islands with Floating Ships to support health services; (4) The form of a strategy for primary health care services based on islands with floating ships involving the role of the government (providing human resources, infrastructure, funds), community access, and community participation in floating ship services. Conclusion The implications of the research results are a study of the strategy for primary health care services based on islands with floating ships involving the government, cross-sectors, and the community so that the use of floating ships as a solution to improve health services to the community.
