Paper Title
DEVELOPMENT OF FAMILY CENTER NURSING-Based STUNTING PROTECTION MODELS WITH LOCAL NIVELS IN THE CABAPATENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
Abstract
Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in young children due to a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time as well as the occurrence of recurrent infections, and this cause factor is influenced by inadequate patterns of care, especially in 1,000 HPK. World Health Organization (WHO) data for 2022 show that 22.3%, or 148.1 million children under the age of five, have stunts. The prevalence of stunting in Asia in 2022 was 22.3%, while in Southeast Asia it was 22.4%. Indonesia will have 24.4% in 2021 and a decrease in 2022 to 21.6%. The outcome (SSGI) in 2022 is 21.6% prevalence in children. Stunting rates in Lampung Province are 15.2%, and in Pesawaran District, they are 25.1%, which is the highest district affected by stunting. This discussion aims to develop a family center nursing-based stunting prevention model with local value in the district of Pesawaran. This discussion gathered 30 articles published in the period 2013–2023 from Pubmed, Google Scholar, publish or perish, Science Direct, and Wiley Online. The outcome of this discussion is that the prevalence of stunting consists of two indicators, specific and sensitive, of such indicators that are highly influential among others, including patterns of family care, health education, knowledge, socio-economic and social cultural as well as local values. Based on the concept, there is a need for a multisectoral approach to the prevention of stopping family center nursing with local value.
