Do educational leaders need authentic leadership? An Emerging Trend For Asean Integration And World-Class Standard Project
Abstract
Authentic leadership is a root construct of all positive forms of leadership and development which promotes building trust, shaping behaviors to achieve goals and keep the team in school environments. This academic paper intends to review a number of studies about educational leadership in Thai schools and discuss authentic leadership as it is a new emerging leadership in education during the period of the coming ASEAN integration at the end of 2015 and in world-class standard school project.
