Generative Artificial Intelligence and Workforce: A quantitative Survey Analysis

Abstract
Although AI is the new trends for many organizations and businesses, there are many concerns regarding implementing it in companies some of these concerns is related to job replacement, ethical issues and employees’ resistance. To address these concerns, this study engaged business leaders and executives to gauge their perspectives on the potential impacts of AI on the job market. According to recent surveys of 198 participants from companies and organizations, generative AI has firmly established itself as a significant force. A vast majority of respondents expressed intentions to utilize AI within their workforce, with many already in the process of adoption. Despite concerns about job displacement, the overwhelming consensus is that AI will play a pivotal role in future work environments. Moreover, there's a notable emphasis on providing additional training and support to facilitate worker adaptation to AI technologies. The study participants primarily hail from sales and marketing, technology, government, education, and consulting sectors, offering diverse insights into the implications of generative AI.
