The Governance of Public Companies Faced WITH the Challenges of Asymmetric Information

They make a significant contribution to job creation, providing sustainable support for economic growth. However, their operation is often hampered by problems of governance and information asymmetries. Our aim is to explore the relationship between governance and information asymmetries in public companies, and to analyze the challenges involved in the Moroccan context.
