Abstract
The ADMIRE Aquaponics project is an innovative approach to enhancing food security in Uganda through the integration of fish farming, crop cultivation, and poultry farming within a single system. This project, supported by UNDP/EU/Adaptation Fund and the Roddenberry Foundation, employs a lease-to-own model distributed via credit cooperatives to empower communities and build resilience. Using statistical data from various sources, this paper evaluates the project's impact on food security, its implementation process, climate adaptation benefits, challenges faced, and future prospects.
