Willingness to Pay and Acceptance for Rice Milk As Means to Improve the Health of Ncds Patients

Abstract
This research study utilized the advantages of rice milk in order to convey information to populations residing in rice production areas in the northeastern region of Thailand, who are affected by non-communicable diseases. and examine the receptiveness of the sample population towards utilizing rice milk as a means of improving the well-being of individuals with non-communicable diseases (NCDs). This study seeks to determine the degree of acceptance and willingness to pay for rice milk consumption among individuals residing in the local community. By evaluating the level of acceptability and the amount individuals are prepared to pay once they are aware of the advantages of rice milk in improving the well-being of patients. The study comprised a sample size of 51 individuals from the local community residing in the rice farming area. Within the rice-growing regions of northeastern Thailand, a study revealed that 38 percent of the population were engaged in rice farming. By incorporating an examination of factors that impact individual acceptability.
