The Impact of Servant Leadership on Intention to Stay

Abstract
In today's competitive job market, retaining skilled employees is crucial for organizational success. This study investigated the role of servant leadership in enhancing employee retention within the restaurant industry. Data collected from restaurant employees revealed that servant leadership significantly fostered employees' sense of job control and enhanced their perceived supervisor support, ultimately increasing their intention to stay. These findings suggest that organizations investing in cultivating servant leadership among managers can benefit from higher retention rates, a more engaged workforce, and improved overall organizational performance.
